俄罗斯三月份石油产量稳定

中国石化新闻网讯 据能源世界网4月2日莫斯科报道，周四Interfax援引能源部的数据称，虽然上个月石油减产协议失败，但俄罗斯3月份石油产量稳定在每天1129万桶，与2月份持平。

据Interfax报道，3月份的石油产量（包括天然气凝析油）为4776万。

上个月，世界主要生产国俄罗斯和沙特阿拉伯未能同意延长减产协议，而沙特则要增加石油开采量。

由于供过于求、需求疲软以及疫情影响在全球蔓延，谈判破裂后价格跌至18年低点。

据两位业内人士表示，尽管疫情影响引发了需求骤降，以及美国对沙特的压力，要求其停止低价占领市场，沙特的原油日供应量周三上升至1200多万桶的创纪录水平。

周三，俄罗斯敦促全球石油生产商和消费者应对“充满挑战的”石油市场，而美国抱怨说，“比水便宜”的石油正在损害该行业。

Interfax称，俄罗斯第一季度的石油和天然气凝析油产量同比增长0.7％，达到1.4035亿吨。第一季度俄罗斯对前苏联以外国家的石油出口同比增长了3％，达到6298万吨。3月份天然气产量同比下降了12.3％，至594.1亿立方米。

Russian oil output steady in March: Interfax

Russian oil output was steady in March at 11.29 million barrels per day (bpd), unchanged from February, Interfax said on Thursday, citing data from the energy ministry, even after a global deal on curbing output collapsed last month.

In tonnes, oil production, which includes gas condensate, was 47.76 million in March, Interfax reported.

Last month, leading world producers Russia and Saudi Arabia failed to agree to extend the global pact, while the kingdom threatened to boost oil extraction.

Prices have slumped to 18-year lows following the collapse of the deal, due to oversupply, poor demand and the global spread of a coronavirus..

Saudi Arabia's crude supply rose on Wednesday to a record of more than 12 million barrels per day, two industry sources said, despite a plunge in demand triggered by the pandemic and U.S. pressure on the kingdom to stop flooding the market.

On Wednesday, Russian urged global oil producers and consumers to address "challenging" oil markets, while U.S. complained that oil cheaper "than water" was hurting the industry.

Interfax said oil and gas condensate production in Russia edged up by 0.7 per cent in the first quarter, year-on-year, to reach 140.35 million tonnes.

Russian oil exports from countries outside the former Soviet Union rose by 3 per cent in the first quarter, year-on-year, to 62.98 million tonnes, Interfax said.

Natural gas production fell by 12.3 per cent in March in annual terms to 59.41 billion cubic metres.
